Dermashine
Used when the skin's overall foundation feels worn down — inner dryness across the face, rough texture, and stretched pores. After vacuum suction seals the handpiece against the skin, a multi-pin needle delivers uniform, divided doses into the dermis, helping improve hydration and skin texture.
How It Works
How This Equipment Works
Dermashine Pro is a dedicated drug-delivery medical device made by Huons Meditech, used for the treatment commonly known as the water glow injection. What used to be injected point by point by hand is performed by the device at a consistent pressure and speed.
The cup at the tip of the handpiece gently lifts and seals the skin with vacuum suction, and a pressure-sensing automatic injection system aligns the gap between the skin surface and the needles before releasing the solution. This structure keeps the injected amount uniform and reduces product loss during treatment.
A sterile multi-pin needle punctures multiple points simultaneously, covering a wide area in a short time. It uses a 32G 9-pin needle, supports three injection speeds — normal, fast, and slow — and allows up to 120 shots in a single session.
The injection depth is adjusted to target the dermis and set according to the solution used, such as hyaluronic acid, toxin, or meso cocktails.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the treatment take?
The injection itself takes about 10 to 20 minutes for the full face. Including numbing cream application and post-treatment calming care, expect about an hour for the visit.
Does it hurt? Is anesthesia used?
Numbing cream is applied for about 20 to 30 minutes before the procedure. The fine 32G needles and automatic injection are designed to keep irritation low, and how it feels varies with the solution used and the set depth.
What about recovery and downtime?
Slight redness and marks may be visible immediately after treatment but usually settle within 1 to 3 hours. Face washing and light makeup are possible the same day; it is best to avoid saunas, strenuous exercise, and alcohol on the day of treatment.
How many sessions, and at what interval?
Initially, a course of 3 to 5 sessions at 2-to-4-week intervals is the usual guideline. Afterward, maintenance sessions continue at 1-to-2-month intervals according to your skin condition.
Can it be combined with other procedures?
It is often planned in combination with laser toning, skin boosters, and botulinum toxin treatments. Whether to combine them on the same day or space them out is decided at consultation based on your skin condition and the solution being injected.
