From common pigmentary disorders to a range of rare skin diseases and skin cancers (particularly melanoma and cutaneous lymphoma), he has steadily published research in Korean and international journals. Below are his representative papers.
A study analyzing 136 cutaneous melanoma patients, showing that high expression of the immune cell markers VISTA and CD33 is associated with poor prognosis, and suggesting relevance to cancer immunotherapy.
A case in which a chronic ulcer on a teenage boy's arm was diagnosed as a rare lymphoma (ENKTL) - an example of early diagnosis and the application of immunotherapy.
An analysis of 19 Korean PCMZL patients. Their presentation differed from Western patients (a predilection for the periorbital area), contributing to the understanding of cutaneous lymphoma in Korea.
A rare form of cutaneous lymphoma arising after liver transplantation, involving the skin and lymph nodes simultaneously. A report of rapid diagnosis and treatment response.
A case report of a rare sweat duct tumor with sebaceous differentiation presenting as an abdominal lesion, clearly establishing its histologic distinctiveness.
