Cellec V
Used for complex skin concerns where melasma and blemishes coexist with redness. With 9 filters dividing the 420–700nm wavelength range, it targets pigment and vessels in a single treatment, helping tidy up pigmentation and redness together.
How It Works
How This Equipment Works
Cellec V is an IPL-type device that filters broad-spectrum light for treatment. Unlike a single-wavelength laser, it uses light emitted across multiple wavelengths at once.
By exchanging its 9 filters, only the needed portion of the 420–700nm range is passed through, and treatment parameters are set separately according to the type of lesion and skin condition.
Shorter wavelengths are well absorbed by epidermal melanin and the hemoglobin of superficial vessels, while longer wavelengths are absorbed by pigment and vessels at relatively deeper levels. The absorbed light converts to heat and acts only on the target tissue, following the principle of selective photothermolysis.
Because pigment and vessels can be addressed together in a single pass, it is used for skin where melasma and blemishes are mixed with redness.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the treatment take?
It takes about 15 to 30 minutes for a full-face treatment. Including cleansing and calming care, expect around 40 minutes.
Does it hurt? Is anesthesia used?
There is a momentary stinging, hot sensation as the light is delivered, and most sessions proceed without anesthesia. If you are sensitive to the stimulus or a higher intensity is needed, numbing cream is applied before starting.
What about recovery and returning to daily life?
Redness and warmth may appear right after treatment but usually subside the same day, allowing an immediate return to daily activities. Pigmented spots darken for a few days and then flake off naturally as fine scales; do not peel them off — focus on moisturizing and sun protection instead.
How many sessions, and how often?
Repeat treatments at 3-to-4-week intervals are typical, with around 5 sessions planned as one cycle. The number of sessions is adjusted at consultation according to lesion depth and extent.
Can it be combined with other procedures?
It is combined by alternating with laser toning for deeper pigment and with a vascular laser for thicker vessels. Calming or regenerative care and skin boosters may also follow on the same day.
