Aftercare for Skin Booster Treatments

- 1.Bruising, redness, swelling, or hives may appear at the treated area.
- Because the product is injected through a very fine needle, it is difficult to avoid every blood vessel in the skin, no matter how carefully the procedure is performed.Where the needle enters, a capillary may break, causing bruising, redness, needle marks, or swelling. These usually resolve gradually within 7 days, so you can simply monitor them while applying a light cold compress.You may wash your face and apply makeup as usual.
- Occasionally, depending on your skin type or medications, bruising can be more pronounced. A bruise cream or recovery cream may help — please contact the clinic and we will guide you.
- 2.You may feel small bumps under the skin at the treated area, known as the "embossing" effect.
- Because Rejuran has a soft gel texture, those with thinner skin may feel small bumps — the "embossing" effect — for about 2–3 days after injection.If the bumps bother you, you are welcome to visit the clinic for additional care.
- The product is gradually absorbed into the dermis over several days. When applying your moisturizing cream after washing your face, take a generous amount and gently massage the bumpy areas for about 3 minutes.
- If the embossing lasts more than 7 days, please contact the clinic.
- 3.For at least 3 days after the procedure, it is best to avoid alcohol, smoking, spas, saunas, and strenuous exercise.
