치료 전 상태
A teenage female patient presented with clearly visible vitiligo lesions around the eyes. The lesions showed a distinct contrast with the surrounding normal skin color, with relatively well-defined borders. Because the vitiligo was easily noticeable, the patient was experiencing psychological distress about her appearance.
치료 후
After excimer laser treatment, gradual repigmentation is observed in the facial vitiligo lesions. The distinct contrast between the lesions and the surrounding normal skin color has decreased compared to before, and the borders blend in more naturally. With the visible improvement of the lesions, the psychological distress the patient had felt about her appearance has been relieved.
