Vitiligo lesions are clearly visible on the patient's forehead. Multiple depigmented patches of irregular shape are distributed across the forehead, with distinct borders against the surrounding normal skin. The affected areas have turned white due to the loss of melanocytes, which was causing the patient considerable cosmetic concern.

After excimer laser treatment, repigmentation is observed in the vitiligo lesions on the forehead as melanocytes are reactivated. The multiple depigmented patches have improved toward a tone similar to the surrounding normal skin, softening the previously irregular borders and largely resolving the cosmetic concern.
