Why does acne keep appearing in the same spot?

Many people focus only on squeezing out whiteheads or red, inflamed lesions. But that only puts out the fire in front of you — it is not a fundamental solution.

Excess sebum production → clogged pores → inflammation → irritation of the damaged area → red marks and scars

Unless this vicious cycle is broken, acne keeps returning to the same spot. In adult women in particular, breakouts often concentrate around the chin and cheeks during menstrual cycles or periods of heavy stress. STEP 1. Blocking the cause — controlling overactive sebaceous glands

The first task is to address the sebaceous glands, the root of acne. Unless sebum production is normalized, acne comes back no matter how well the inflammation is treated.

NeoBeam laser: delivers energy to the sebaceous glands to suppress sebum production and reduce the formation of new acne itself.

Agnes laser: uses fine insulated needles to selectively destroy only the problematic sebaceous glands, helping prevent recurrence.

Gold PTT & Potenza: for stubborn or frequently recurring acne, these selectively suppress the sebaceous glands while also promoting skin regeneration.

STEP 2. Clearing inflammation and debris

Along with sebum control, the debris built up inside the pores must be cleared out. Professional extractions and scaling open the clogged pores and prevent inflammation from spreading to the surrounding tissue. Skipping this step halves the effect of even the best laser treatment.

STEP 3. Erasing the traces — treating red marks (erythema)

The red marks left where acne has subsided are traces of blood vessels dilated by inflammation. Fading naturally can take months or even years, and left untreated they can progress to telangiectasia.

Vbeam laser: selectively shrinks the dilated vessels to quickly relieve redness and restore an even skin tone.

STEP 4. Skin restoration — treating scars and pores
